Terms & Conditions – Ipswich Mini Diggers

By engaging Ipswich Mini Diggers for services, you agree to the following terms:

Rates

1.7T Excavator – $120 per hour + attachments

Bobcat (900–1200mm wide) – $80 per hour

Combo (both machines) – $140 per hour + attachments

Minimum 3-hour hire applies

No travel time charged

Attachments

Additional attachments may incur extra charges depending on the equipment required.

Cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.

Late cancellations may incur a charge equivalent to the 3-hour minimum hire.

Site Conditions

All quoted prices are based on information provided at the time of enquiry.

Unforeseen site conditions (rock, underground services, access limitations, weather, etc.) may affect pricing and project duration.

Access & Safety

Clients must ensure safe and suitable access to the worksite.

Ipswich Mini Diggers reserves the right to refuse work if conditions are unsafe.

Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed prior to commencement of work unless otherwise agreed.
